Welcome to AeroStreamPC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our luxury timepieces. By accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following terms.

1. Binding Agreement

By engaging with AeroStreamPC’s digital platform or acquiring our products, you enter into a legally binding agreement. If you do not concur with any part of these terms, we kindly request that you discontinue the use of our services.

2. Product Authenticity & Availability

  • Inventory: We make every effort to display accurate stock levels; however, as we deal in exclusive and limited-edition items, availability is not guaranteed.

  • Right to Refuse: AeroStreamPC reserves the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Financial Transactions & Pricing

  • Currency: All transactions are executed in USD. Prices are subject to adjustment based on market rarity without prior notice.

  • Security: We employ encrypted payment gateways for all transactions. Major credit cards, wire transfers, and authorized financing are accepted.

  • Verification: High-value orders may require additional identity verification to ensure the security of the transaction.

4. Logistics & Global Delivery

  • Handling: Orders are meticulously inspected and processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Risk of Loss: Once a timepiece is handed over to the courier (FedEx, UPS, or DHL), the risk of loss passes to the buyer. We highly recommend selecting our fully insured shipping options.

  • International Compliance: Clients outside the USA are the “Importer of Record” and must adhere to all local laws and tax obligations.

5. Return & Refund Protocol

  • Eligibility: Returns are strictly governed by our 30-Day Return Policy. Items must be in “Pristine, Unworn Condition” with all original security seals and documentation intact.

  • Review: All returns undergo a mandatory technical inspection by our watchmakers before a refund is authorized.

6. Limited Warranty Coverage

  • Protection: Each timepiece is accompanied by a one-year limited warranty covering mechanical defects.

  • Exclusions: The warranty is voided in cases of water damage, accidental impact, unauthorized third-party repairs, or normal wear and tear (e.g., strap aging).

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The AeroStreamPC name, logo, website design, and high-resolution imagery are the exclusive intellectual property of AeroStreamPC. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and protected under international copyright law.

8. Limitation of Liability

AeroStreamPC shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific item in question.

9. Jurisdiction & Policy Modifications

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, USA.

  • Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued engagement with the brand constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
