At AeroStreamPC, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury timepieces. Your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a refined return and exchange process designed to protect your investment.
1. Return and Exchange Period
We offer a 30-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the timepiece must meet the following “Pristine Condition” standards:

Unworn & Unaltered: The watch must not have been worn, sized, or modified (including the removal of links or protective films).

Original Packaging: Must include the original box, travel case, and all protective materials.

Documentation: All warranty cards, manuals, and certificates of authenticity must be returned intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Exclusions)
To maintain the exclusivity of our collection, we cannot accept returns for:

Bespoke Pieces: Custom-engraved or personalized timepieces.

Condition Issues: Any watch showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

Final Sale: Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and undergoes a thorough inspection by our horology experts:

Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the watch.

Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Deductions: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For high-value returns, a restocking fee may apply (contact support for details).
4. Exchanges & Store Credit
If you wish to exchange your timepiece for a different model:

Please contact us within the 30-day window to reserve your desired replacement.

If the selected model is out of stock, we provide AeroStreamPC Store Credit, which never expires.
5. Secure Return Shipping
To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your Order Number and reason for return.

Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

Protection: Due to the high value of our products, we strictly require using a trackable, insured courier service (e.g., FedEx or UPS) with signature confirmation. AeroStreamPC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that your timepiece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with high-resolution photographs of the watch and packaging.

We will provide a prepaid, fully insured shipping label and prioritize a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
