2. Secure Payment Processing
We use SSL encryption to protect sensitive payment details and ensure that transactions are securely processed. AeroStreamPC does not store customer credit card information.
3. Billing and Order Confirmation
- Orders will be processed once full payment is received.
- Customers will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment.
- If a payment is declined, the order will not be completed until payment is resolved.
4. Pricing, Taxes & Additional Fees
- All transactions are conducted in USD.
- Sales tax is applied based on the shipping destination.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Orders canceled within 24 hours will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations after 24 hours will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Fraud Prevention & Security Checks
- If a transaction is flagged for potential fraud, AeroStreamPC reserves the right to request additional verification.
- Any fraudulent transactions will be reported to relevant financial institutions.
